Eurokey – retirer personnellement la clé
Vous pouvez retirer personnellement la clé auprès d’un service de distribution autorisé contre paiement de CHF 45.- (TVA incluse). Amenez une attestation qui mentionne explicitement votre type de handicap (personne en chaise roulante, stomisée, à la mobilité très réduite, fortement handicapée de la vue, présentant une affection chronique de la vessie ou du système digestif). Il peut s’agir d’une carte de légitimation pour personnes handicapées, d’un certificat médical ou d’un document équivalent.
Veillez à ne pas perdre votre clé, et à ne pas la laisser à une personne non autorisée. Toute revente ou remise de l’eurokey à d’autres personnes est interdite.
