Ordering process
Please complete the form below and send it to us together with evidence of your disability, which must clear indicate its nature (wheelchair user, stoma wearer, seriously limited mobility or visual impairment, chronic bowel or bladder disorder) - (medical certificate or equivalent document), as a PDF or image (jpg, TIF etc., maximum 10 MB).
You will then receive the key and payment slip from the coordination point eurokey.ch. Despatch of the key abroad will occur upon receipt of your payment.
Entitlement
If you suffer from seriously limited mobility, visual impairment, chronic bowel or bladder disorder or wear a stoma, you can order a Eurokey by providing a certificate of your disability.
Exklusive key possession
As a rule the Eurokey is delivered only direct to the user. Based on the/a one-time fee you are entitled to use free of charge all facilities operated by this key.
Please make sure that your personal Eurokey does not get lost or fall into unauthorised hands. The key may not be given away, sold or otherwise passed to any third party.
Return
When you no longer need the key, please return it to our coordination centre in Reinach. As a rule the purchase price is not refunded. Refunds are only possible in the case of temporary use (see below).
Temporary use
The Eurokey can be obtained on a temporary basis for a period of maximum 3 months. In this case the key must be returned to the issuing agency where it was purchased.
If the key is returned in person the purchase price is refunded less a CHF 5.- handling charge. It is not possible to return the key in person if you ordered it online or from the eurokey.ch coordination point.
If the key is returned by post together with your bank or post account details, the purchase price is refunded less a CHF 10.- handling charge.

CHF 50.- (incl. VAT and despatch costs CHF 5.-)
Delivery abroad
CHF 55.- (incl. VAT and despatch costs CHF 10.-)
